Senior Coordinator Quality and Governance Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) We are seeking experienced Senior Coordinator Quality & Governance at SensesWA! Our mission is to build capacity by delivering comprehensive disability services, specialising in Community Access, Homes & Living, sensory services, positive behaviour support and children's therapies. Position Overview: The successful Senior Coordinator Quality & Governance is responsible for working collaboratively across the business to identify improvement opportunities that enhance clinical outcomes, as well as strengthen strategic and operational objectives by embedding a robust quality management system and initiatives, and through coaching and peer-to-peer training. The role will report to and work closely with the Operations Manager, working towards the delivery of contemporary initiatives and interventions, providing specialist advice and assistance to the CEO, Executive, and Senior Leadership team in the development of policies and procedures that improve practice, and to provide assurance these are being implemented and embedded across the business with the desired and required consistency. What do we need from you? Tertiary qualification in Clinical Governance, Quality or other relevant discipline, or significant relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience in evaluating workplace practices against accreditation standards, quality requirements and organisational policies and procedures. Demonstrated experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation. Demonstrated competency in working with a quality management system, including analysing and interpreting data, evaluating performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
