Job Title: Retail Lease Transaction Manager
About the Role:
We have an opening for a proactive Retail Lease Transaction Manager to provide paralegal lease administrative support for ISPT, property management, and the wider leasing teams.
You will work closely with the CBRE Property Management team, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare all lease-related documentation, including review of lease proposals and circulate signed lease approvals for signatory approval.
* Prepare and issue leasing instructions, tenancy instructions, document executions, and respond to lease negotiations from external solicitors.
* Reporting and auditing on document status and review external lawyers' legal invoices before issuing to the Centre Mgmt teams for processing.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail lease administration, property law, or a paralegal role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant retail lease legislation for each state.
* An understanding of lease issues, licenses, legislation, and property documentation desirable.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
