About the Opportunity
ECH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager who will lead the home-care and community services teams to deliver an exemplar service to our clients in-home and across the community. The role will play a pivotal role in driving an integrated service delivery model; where the client is at the centre of everything we do.
The Regional Manager will lead a connected and engaged workforce that are empowered to deliver services across Clinical, Allied Health, Care Coordination and Personal Care / Home Support.
About You
You will have a demonstrated ability to lead a community and/or in-home care operational function, with a working knowledge of the changing regulatory and funding landscape within aged care.
In a cohesive senior leadership team, we are seeking a candidate who can be adaptable and agile to meet operational demand, while also seeing the bigger picture to work and deliver on strategic and value-add programs of work.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
