About the role We are looking for a dynamic Merchandise Coordinator to facilitate and streamline communication from the Support Office to stores, focusing on promotional activities and changeovers.
Key Responsibilities Create promotional tickets and work closely with the marketing team to ensure all callouts are accurately executed.
Collaborate with the VM team to ensure all ticketing details are correctly integrated into the VM documents for each promotion.
Address and resolve store inquiries related to tickets, pricing, and general questions.
Oversee and update all pricing catalogues for both physical stores and online platforms.
Develop detailed roll-ups for each promotion, including department SSPs with pricing, tickets, callouts, and visual merchandising elements Requirements Strong proficiency in Excel and other computer applications.
Highly organized and punctual.
Effective at coordinating between multiple departments to meet critical deadlines and successfully deliver promotions to our stores.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of performing well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
