Belmont Christian College is seeking four passionate and dedicated Christian educators to join our leadership team as Stage Leaders within the Primary School (Pre-K to Year 6). Situated in the Newcastle region, our College is a co-educational Christian school, committed to providing a Christ-centred education and fostering student growth in a caring and supportive environment.
These roles present an exciting opportunity for experienced educators who are enthusiastic about Kingdom Education and have a heart for student wellbeing and academic excellence. The successful applicants will be ready to commence in Term 1, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the spiritual, wellbeing, and academic development of your stage, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with the Primary Leadership Team to achieve key school objectives.
Provide guidance and support to teachers in areas such as classroom management, curriculum development, and professional growth.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a Christ-centred and nurturing school community.
The ideal candidates will have:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, active involvement in a local church, and a commitment to the vision of Christian education.
Current NESA Teacher Registration and a Working with Children Check.
Proven experience in leading teaching and learning strategies that enhance student outcomes.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for student wellbeing and professional development.

Remuneration in line with a POR2 allowance, including a role-related allocation of 5 periods per week.
