The agency is looking to embark on a transformative journey to enhance their data infrastructure, data governance, ways of working and their team capabilities, ensuring a robust and modernized data ecosystem.A key driver for this data capability investment is to unlock the value of data from the recently implemented Digital Health Record (DHR). By integrating and aligning DHR data with legacy clinical data and corporate systems, and by investing in data governance, they can enhance trusted decision-making through timely access to consistent, high-quality data and insights.The role of Scrum Master/Agile Coach will be responsible for supporting all work streams. They will collaborate closely with teams comprising Product Owners, Data Modelling Lead, Data Engineers, BA’s and support officers and Working Groups.Key Responsibilities:Support project teams with scrum rituals.Support Product owners to shape, estimate and maintain their backlogs and products roadmaps.Updates the Program Wall and other channels for information sharing and feedback across the program team & our stakeholders.Coordinate team culture building events.Update the Ways of Working playbook, to enhance consistency in data and platform development practices, bringing the DSD values to life: ‘purpose, mastery, autonomy, continuous improvement, lifelong learners’.Mandatory Experience and SkillsExperienced Scrum Master and agile team coach with broad knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, specifically in data and cloud platform contexts.Experience in developing playbooks or similar training materials to drive consistency, expertise and knowledge sharing across teams.Experienced in building team culture, specifically workshop facilitation, communication and training.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Highly DesirableExperience with Australian health dataHow to ApplyIf you're ready to take on the next challenge in your career and you think you can bring your passion to this exciting role, then please click on 'Apply Now' to submit your cover letter and resume.
