The Senior Director leads the Community and Government Engagement Team ensuring the team provides a central customer service, business development, leasing advice, negotiation, and conversation as well as lease management to support and manage tenants, customers and clients, while optimising the revenue to the Property and Government Insourcing business. The team manages customer enquiries from occupants of buildings and ensures resolution of the customer's request or question in consultation with other areas of the Group. The team provides professional customer management on property management and tenancy related services to government and non-government clients. Property and Government Insourcing provides expert property management and maintenance services to the ACT Government and the community. The Group manages and maintains both owned and leased buildings that enable the ACT Government to provide Government and community accommodation and services. The group supports the ACT Governments delivery of its services through flexible, efficient and cost-effective accommodation solutions and property services. Property and Government Insourcing operates on a fee for service basis. This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
