What Support is being provided:
Seeking caring and committed people to support a 51-year-old woman with an acquired brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as:
* Duties Include:
* Assistance with personal care tasks
* Medication administration
* Assistance with therapy tasks
* Use of mobility equipment
* Light domestic assistance
* Meal preparation and community participation
* Assistance with Peg Feeding
* Bladder and Bowel Care
Shift Times
Shift times available are:
* Friday: 14:30-23:00 (weekly)
* Weekdays: 9:00-12:00 & 18:00-19:00
Requirements
* Current references
* Mobile phone
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - essential
* NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
* First Aid Certificate
