Rentokil Initial (the world's largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a Procurement Analyst to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team.
This position reports into the Head of Procurement and Sustainability, Pacific and will work closely with the rest of the Procurement team, Business Partners and suppliers.
The Procurement Analyst will support the team with data analysis, contract management, compliance, and the development of Procurement Reporting packs.
A key focus will be on unfolding ESG reporting within Procurement.
Key Responsibilities: Support ESG-focused procurement analysis and vendor spend insights.
Assist in developing business cases and implementing sourcing outcomes.
Collaborate with teams to analyze data for supplier decisions and spend reports.
Collect, analyze, and report ESG data (e.g., emissions, diversity, governance).
Support mandatory and Group ESG reporting, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Track vendor SLAs and KPIs; ensure policy compliance.
Maintain contracts database and ensure supplier adherence to policies.
Support procurement policy compliance and review new vendor requests.
Track vendor KPIs with Supply Chain teams.
Ensure 100% policy compliance (e.g., OH&S, HR, Security).
Promote policy awareness and wear protective gear when necessary.
Perform additional duties as needed.
