The Role
Reporting to the Park Manager you deliver a positive guest experience through coordination of cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities. You are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins, amenities, and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including, guests, staff, and the company.
You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions. The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest facilities to an exceptional standard.
Level 2 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 – Casual roster with uniform and safety wear provided
About You
An experienced individual who is highly customer focused and equally passionate to provide a clean welcoming environment and exceptional guest first experiences.
You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team a team. You possess proven experience in a similar role and available to work a casual flexible roster over a 7–10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Selection Criteria
1. Proven experience in a similar role
2. Experience in accommodation cleaning and services
3. Experience in stock control for linen and consumables
4. Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
5. An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
6. Outstanding customer service
7. Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
8. Availability to work across a 7–10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
Essential
9. Cleaning experience
10. First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR – can train if required
11. Current Australian Police Check (within 3 months)
12. Working with Children's Check or equivalent
13. Australian Driver's Licence
14. Legally entitled to work in Australia
