Senior Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Operations Assistant to join our Property Investment team.

Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication of matters.
* Distribute relevant documents and information to stakeholders and 3rd parties in a timely manner.
* Correctly file office documents and oversee file management.
* Conduct database entry and prepare reports.
* Assist with client enquiries.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience.
* Be one of the points of contact for operational and finance enquiries.
* Provide necessary information to relevant parties.
* Assist the Director and Operations Coordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
* Australian experience in Financial Planning Administration / Conveyancing / Brokerage is highly desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidently communicate with clients and manage enquiries.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* The ability to consistently meet deadlines, document updates, and invoicing.
* Interact with stakeholders in a positive manner to contribute to the overall operational efficiency and success of the team.
