About the Role: You’ll play a vital role in responding to employee enquiries, offering guidance on policies, and supporting the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the AssistU Team and broader People & Culture division, you’ll contribute to a positive workplace experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries, ensuring a professional and friendly handoff when needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Monitor and analyse enquiry data to help improve response times and streamline processes. Assist with record-keeping, document management, and ad hoc HR admin tasks What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic, integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in payroll or general HR is beneficial. Proficiency in using HR systems (SAP preferred) and ticketing systems (Fresh service a plus). A detail-oriented approach and strong commitment to customer service.
