The Role:
Our Primary Care team have a great opportunity for a highly driven and self-motivated Key Account Manager to join the Victorian sales team covering the Northern and Western Suburbs as well as Metro Melbourne.
In this role you will manage an existing portfolio of customers in Medical Wholesale, however a major part of the role will be to drive business development in the General Practice market. Your ‘hunter mentality’ and ability to negotiate will be essential to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
4. Achieve revenue targets for assigned territory;
5. Identify and convert opportunities for new business and grow existing accounts;
6. Partner with business owners to maximise their potential and leverage our available services;
7. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with defined SLAs and KPIs;
8. Prepare and present sales reports on your territory;
Monitor competitor and market activity, emerging issues, trends.
Skills and experience:
9. Self-motivated with a willingness and drive to be successful as a sales person;
Medical or FMCG sales experience preferred but not essential;
10. Intermediate level experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Strong organisational skills;
11. Ability to work autonomously as well be a team player;
12. Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
