About the role
Protech Cairns are recruiting for a skilled Project Assistant.
You will be an integral part of the team working closely with various departments, obtaining quotes and taking meeting minutes.
Key Duties
1. Financial reporting
2. Invoicing
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
4. Maintaining an internal database and data entry
5. Taking minutes
6. Capable of following general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act
Skills & Attributes
7. High level Administrative skills
8. Strong Excel Spreadsheeting experience
9. Professional customer service skills
10. Good eye for detail
11. Strong data entry skills
12. Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
13. Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
14. Full Australian working rights
