Our client, a transportation service provider located in West Perth, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance Team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will support the Financial Controller in all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
1. Process creditor transactions timely and accurately
2. Obtain supporting documents and approvals
3. Confirm correct coding and job costing of invoices
4. Enter and save supplier invoices electronically
5. Setup and maintain supplier accounts
6. Reconcile creditor statements and prepare bank payment runs
7. Liaise with suppliers to resolve outstanding issues
8. Process and reconcile credit card transactions
9. Process approved employee reimbursements
MYOB,AccountRight,Accounts Payable,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Excel,Adobe Professional
10. Must have recent experience in working with MYOB AccountRight Plus
11. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
12. Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Adobe Pro
13. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
14. Highly organised, motivated, and reliable
15. Excellent time management and communication skills
