As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for an additional support team member to assist our brokers and ensure our clients receive top-tier service.What’s in it for you?Winning team – Work alongside high performers in a collaborative, success-driven environment.Strong support – Three full-time admin team members to back you up.Ongoing learning – Mentorship from two leading brokers with hands-on training.Career growth – A clear path to becoming a mortgage broker if desired.Positive culture – A fun, high-energy workplace where teamwork thrives.Great rewards – Market-leading salary + bonuses.Dream location – Stunning waterside office in Paradise Point.What will you be doing?Assess & analyse – Review credit reports, serviceability calculations, and income documents (including self-employed financials).Lender research – Stay updated on policies and niches across 40+ lenders to identify the right loan solutions for each client.Structuring & compliance – Ensure applications align with lender requirements, trust/company/SMSF structures, and compliance standards.Broker collaboration – Work closely with brokers to structure lending options tailored to individual client needs.Loan processing – Order valuations, request pricing, and prepare application notes with all supporting documents for submission.Team & lender liaison – Work with the loan processing team to prepare loan applications and communicate with lenders to meet approval conditions.About YouCredit expertise – Experience in business and consumer credit, with the ability to structure and assess home loan applications.Client-focused – Strong customer service skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients and referral partners.Excellent communicator – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.Quick learner – Ability to absorb and retain product knowledge in a constantly evolving lending environment.Analytical & detail-oriented – Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a sharp analytical mindset.Organised & adaptable – Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow effectively in a fast-paced environment.Team player with autonomy – Works collaboratively towards team goals while being self-motivated and able to work independently.Qualifications & compliance – Cert IV in Finance is a plus but not essential.
