We are looking for a passionate Educator who wants to advance their career in early childhood.
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Jerrabomberra, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.
In this role, you will:
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Goodstart Jerrabomberra is a lively and diverse centre where we are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children entrusted to our care.
With a supportive team and a solutions-based management style that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, the centre fosters a great community atmosphere. Operating at full capacity, Goodstart Jerrabomberra accommodates 90 children a day. The Assistant Director role would be in a floating position supporting the Centre across all the rooms.
