Flagstone State Community College is looking for a dynamic and experienced educational leader to join the senior Leadership Team as Head of Department (Science).
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the capability of our teachers to plan for and enact the curriculums utilizing effective, evidence-based pedagogical practices aligned to the developmental phase of learning. This role is also responsible for overseeing the STEM program. Instructional leadership remains a valued practice of the Flagstone SCC Senior Leadership Team, supporting teachers through learning walks and talks, PLCs, and Collaborative Inquiry Cycles.
