You’ll also have access to the private wealth team, genuine progression opportunities and a whole whack of other perks.Position DetailsPurposeThe Senior Insurance adviser role is designed to provide specialist insurance advice to Kearney Group’s clients. Specifically, the role will focus on insurance cases of a more technical nature including those with higher sums insured, where business ownership or business assets may be involved or where more complex structures are required. In addition, the role will be responsible for leading the Insurance Committee for Imagineering, liaison with key insurers and supporting other advisers to enhance their specialist insurance ResponsibilitiesClientDeliver strategic advice to clients specifically related to their insurance needs focusing on clients whose structure, assets levels, sums insured or lifestyle choices make the gaining of insurance more complex.Develop strong client relationships and role model behaviours, to create a unique and successful client experience.Manage relationships with and provide outstanding support and service to clients of the Kearney Group.Support others servicing larger and more complex clients.Lead meetings with clients of medium and high complexity, with other team members shadowing for on-the-job training related to insurance advice and structuring.Retain Kearney Group's existing, long-standing and loyal client base, by providing outstanding service, and identifying opportunities to add further value wherever possible.Generate new client opportunities through business development activity and promotion of Kearney Group brand.PeopleProvide on-the-job training and
