Mount Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our established nursing team.Key functions include: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures.Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred, evidence-based care.Providing supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates, AINs/PSAs, and students.Working as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-being.Participating in quality improvement projects to support best practice outcomes.About You You will be an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary environment across multiple specialties and has an understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.To be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration (essential).At least 3 years' experience working in an acute surgical/medical environment or similar.A willingness and availability to work across all shifts, including day, afternoon, and night duty shifts.A commitment to providing excellent patient-centred care.An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and model Healthscope's values.Experience in intensive care, cardiology, and general surgery (desirable).About Us Located near King's Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
