Toshiba is innovating these products into a platform that enables a low carbon future, of which we are honoured to be a part.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the download and storage of tender documentation from a variety of sources including tender portals to designated locationReview tender documentation to understand timeline, milestones and deliverablesCoordinate kick-off meetings and manage allocation of deliverable tasksCoordinate the completion and compilation of all tender related documentation and the timely submittal of tender responsesParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesMaintain templates and tender reference databaseInternal post tender reviewsCustomer feedback sessionsProject HandoverProject ClosureUnderstand the relevance and importance of WHS, Quality Management and Company Policies as they apply to this position and maintain appropriate requirementsCarry out work in a safe manner, including obeying safety instructions, making use of PPE and participating in training and other safe work activities.
