Adobe Experience Manager Lead
About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Lead to join our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team.
The successful candidate will partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world by delivering digital and marketing transformation solutions that help our clients create personalized experiences for every single customer.
Key responsibilities include working with the Architect to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients' use cases, strategy, and industry standards. This includes defining system strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing. Additionally, the role involves breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to customer priorities, industry best practices, and technology prerequisites & dependencies, and engaging periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and be aware of upcoming new features and provide guidance to customers on those features and benefits.
We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) projects and 4+ years of relevant Development experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM. Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics integration is a plus. Strong understanding of Adobe Core Components, Services, ACLs, and User Management is also required. Experience in creating custom AEM Templates, Components, Workflows & Services and good understanding of JEE and OSGi stacks are essential. Possess knowledge of AEM MSM, Content/Experience Fragments, and Assets is preferred. Experience in following Agile development practices is also necessary. Excellent Analytical and Communication skills are required.

This role offers a competitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
