About the Role
The Workforce Resourcing Advisor will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team.
They will provide expert advice and knowledge in job design and coordination of end-to-end employee recruitment, selection, and appointment, as well as onboarding processes.
We are seeking candidates with relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business, or previous experience in a similar position.
Key requirements include:
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business, or working towards same;
* Knowledge of HRIS systems and rostering systems;
* Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries;
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills;
* Experience in the health industry (advantageous but not essential).
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
