CSR is embarking on exciting IT integration projects. We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to be based at our North Ryde head office with hybrid working options. This opportunity will play a key role in supporting ongoing project integrations. The successful candidate will lead and deliver major software upgrades and manage various other IT infrastructure projects.
This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
About the role:
* Accountable for delivering Infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to drive progress and resolve issues across functions and workstreams.
* Identify and adhere to governance structures to deliver projects in line with the CSR PM governance framework.
* Create project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) and revise where necessary.
* Track budgets, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks/opportunities against the plan.
* Provide monthly updates to Steering Committees as required.
* Develop detailed budgets and plans as needed.
* Identify organisational change requirements and develop plans to address them.
* Manage project risks by providing clarity on potential impacts, root causes, and mitigation plans.
* Optimise project outcomes by constructively challenging approaches and recommendations.
* Focus on the future state and provide a high-level view versus detail.
* Ensure technical change activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 5 years' proven ability to successfully deliver projects to an agreed scope, on time and within budget.
* Undergraduate degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
* Experience in SCRUM and Kanban project management frameworks.
* Experience and qualifications in PMBOK and Prince 2 project management methodologies.
* Broad understanding of IT technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including Executive/C-level management.
