The role Join a leading digital marketing team and play a hands-on role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for Budget Direct and its insurance products.
You'll apply your expertise and technical skills in the Search Ads 360 platform to drive campaign performance.
Planning, executing, and optimising paid search activities to meet targets and budgets in collaboration with channel leaders.
Managing large monthly budgets and analysing campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
Driving testing for creative, landing pages, audience and other targeting to improve results.
Reporting weekly performance to the team and monthly results and insights to the wider business.
Working with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of product updates and promotions in paid search.
Collaborating with Google and Microsoft to leverage AI-driven solutions and drive innovation.
Monitoring the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for market advantage.
What experience you'll bring Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (SA360) certifications.
Proven experience managing paid search campaigns with significant budgets and conversion-focused goals.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Social, Video, Programmatic Display) is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 (preferred).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, analysis or large data sets).
Knowledge of web analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for paid search.
