This position provides assistance to the Digital Advertising Manager with management of client social media organic and advertising accounts, plus direct management of a specified client list, working with clients to develop plans, briefs, and oversee the successful implementation of campaigns. Tasks and responsibilities of this position include: Managing and optimising client Social Media Ad campaigns. Analysing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborating with other department specialists including graphic designers, web engineers, and media buyers. Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. Creating monthly client reports and making recommendations for future campaigns. Development of client social media strategies, including coordination of initial client workshops, authoring strategy and presenting. Management and posting of client organic social media accounts where required. Assistance to the team in attracting new clients to achieve targeted revenue growth for the digital advertising department. Regular communication with client list, on phone, in person and email. Working with clients to establish annual, quarterly, or monthly advertising plans/budgets. Working with clients to establish creative briefs for Design and Video Production departments. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS University marketing qualification or experience in marketing/advertising industry is preferred. Broad knowledge of social media landscape. Experience working with social media accounts and analytics. Ability to analyse data, to make informed recommendations. Exceptional communication skills. High organisational skills.
