As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionThe role serves as a Feasibility Cost Manager & Post-Contract Cost Manager delivering retail projects.Responsible for project deliverables through the life of the project including Estimating, Procurement, Contract and Post Contract activities for projects value between $1m to $10mDevelop good working relationships with client project management team and internal cost management teamGain a good understanding of the processes, tools and best practice templates used to meet our deliverablesGain a good understanding of the terminology and ways of working within the retail sectorProviding Client with cost advice for budget purpose including cost planning of upcoming projects (New Stores and Renewals).
This may include site walks within NSWClearly understand our scope of service and carry out commission management functions at project levelFeasibility cost plansManage deliverables for retail projects at different stages within a large programme of worksOversee 5 to 6 projects within Supermarkets and Metro workstreamsKey point of contact at project level between T&T and client delivery project managerQualificationsRecognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.Sound experience in cost planning.Ability to manage projects on their own and have good client facing skillset.CostX experience.Must have a driving licence.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
