Our client, Aussie Tiny Houses; a well-established tiny homes retailer based in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, managing all sales leads, customer inquiries, and overseeing the customer handover process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing leads and customers, while identifying new opportunities by organising daily outreach to prospective and current clients. Follow and refine the company's sales processes to optimise efficiency. Prepare and issue quotes, draft contracts, and maintain clear communication with both customers and internal teams. Stay informed on competitors by tracking market trends, pricing, product developments, and delivery schedules. Provide feedback to the management team on potential product, service, and policy improvements based on market insights. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and reporting outcomes to management. Continuously develop your skills through workshops, networking, and staying updated on industry trends. Use the company's CRM to track sales activities, update customer data, and monitor competitive market information. Proactively source new sales opportunities within the Australian market through inbound and outbound lead generation. Conduct customer tours of the factory and demonstrate product features.
What's on Offer:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday required. Base salary with excellent bonus incentives. Supportive and friendly work environment.
