Store Managers are required to manage one of our stores in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the café team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure all café operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand corporate and online orders.
* Assist staff training to ensure the highest standards are attained.
* Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
* Manage store inventory in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café setting.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Passion for high-quality chocolate and beverage products.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
* Very good coffee making experience is highly desirable.
