Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our team to recruit a chef as we have been growing rapidly.
You must be able to:
Plan, develop, and implement menus.
Prepare and cook food.
Estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.
Discuss food preparation issues with the manager.
Maintain Food Safety Standards in accordance with Legislative requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or higher (or equivalent experience).
Passion for delivering high-quality food.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
