About the role:
We are looking for a new team member to join our high-performing Sales team as the first point of contact for new KinCare customers. In this phone-based role, you’ll work autonomously, but close collaboration with the team is essential to prioritise workloads effectively. While target and sales-driven, the role’s primary focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families towards KinCare and our suite of in-home care services.
You’ll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families. By carefully presenting information, you’ll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence.
Other responsibilities include:
* Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results.
* Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively, using sales and marketing techniques.
* Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent, full-time position. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required at least once a month, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.
About you:
* Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc).
* Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
* Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone.
* Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families.
* Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
* Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills
* A genuine passion for helping others.
