o Provide Level 2/3 IT support to end-users, resolving technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
o Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
o Implement, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure in line with industry best practices.
o Develop and maintain documentation on IT procedures and system configurations.
o Collaborate with the technology team to define and implement IT policies and procedures.
o Participate in IT projects, contributing to the overall technological strategy of the company.
o Conduct regular system backups and data recovery exercises to ensure data safety.
o Educate and develop staff members on new software and IT procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior IT Support Officer L2/3' should have:
