Position: Customer Service Representative
Start: ASAP
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Duration: Until 29/08/2025
Salary: $36.11 per hour plus superannuation
Location: Armidale NSW
Primary Purpose of the Position
Support our Client’s business unit by providing great customer service, advice and information to customers and the community.
Key Requirements
* 2-3 years customer service experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette
* Previous government experience is preferred but not essential
* Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
* Intermediate computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Teams
* Ability to pickup new software systems quickly
* Ability to attend a training program delivered over two distinct sessions, each spanning 5 consecutive days. Successful candidates will be required to travel to our Client’s specialised training facility in Coffs Harbour or Penrith during these periods to fulfil their training requirements.
