We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team, based in Dubbo, NSW.

What you will be doing:
Identify and secure new customers utilizing exceptional sales skills and increased prospecting activity.
Generate new business and maintain profitable, sustainable sales/accounts in alignment with strategic plans and territory targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and growth among existing and new customers.
Manage a pipeline of prospect opportunities effectively.
Gather market intelligence, best practices, and relevant economic trends to inform decision-making.
Maintain profitable sales through strategic account selection and pricing strategies.
Travel to customer sites and various areas as needed, with a focus on Dubbo, NSW.
Additional Hands-On Duties:
Provide operational support, including depot work and administrative duties, to ensure smooth business operations.
Deliver exceptional onsite customer care, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer experience.
What Will Make You Successful:
A strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Experience in external technical sales/account management is preferred but not essential.
A motivation and drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and team members.
A passion for providing top-tier customer service.
The ability to interact with customers and staff at all levels.
Well-developed computer skills to manage sales data and customer information.
Knowledge of the gas industry and safety requirements is an advantage, though not essential.
Sales experience within the industrial sector is also beneficial.
