Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated individual to cook Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and every other weekend, with additional hours and shifts available.
Position Overview
The Cook prepares and serves quality meals for patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Requirements
* A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
* Prior experience in food preparation is preferred, particularly in preparing and cooking food in large quantities.
Essential Functions
* Prepare and serve appetizing meals that meet each patient's dietary needs.
* Ensure timely meal service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
* Perform essential duties such as evacuating patients and utilizing production tools and recipes provided.
