Join the University of Melbourne as the Director, Academic and Student Services, and play a pivotal role in shaping the Faculty's teaching, learning, and student experience strategies. Reporting to the Faculty Executive Director, you will lead high-performing teams, drive innovative initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across the University to deliver exceptional academic services and support student success.
Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic leadership and direction for curriculum development, delivery, student experience, and departmental services.Oversee academic governance, program administration, and student matters in collaboration with relevant University units.Drive the Faculty's employability, student wellbeing, and engagement strategies, leveraging technology for scalable solutions.Lead and mentor business support teams across departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.You may be a great fit if:
