Direct Agri is growing from strength to strength and we need help. We are currently on the hunt for a Sales Account Manager to contribute to this next successful growth phase.
We are wanting you to manage, protect and grow our business development with existing clients, and engage in proactive, innovative sales strategies to develop new business opportunities.
What you will be doing
* Monitor Sales for the region and proactively work to identify client’s needs and offer solutions through cross selling, up selling and client retention.
* Exceed sales and margin targets through effectively structured activity in line with the strategic growth plan.
* Regular client / site visits to manage client relationships. Supply of quality service to the Agri sector.
* Acting as the primary liaison between clients and PALM workers to optimize service delivery.
* Collaborating with Farm Managers to enhance the performance of pickers.
* Supporting logistical operations such as fuelling vehicles, procurement of PPE, and vehicle maintenance.
* Availability for weekend work on a rotational basis.
* Build a strong rapport with all levels of the client’s organisation.
* Maintain client contract health across the client portfolio.
* Tender for business through advertised contracts, cold calling / site visits and face to face meetings.

* A passion for helping people and be able to create a quality, meaningful experiences for both clients and candidates.
* Demonstrated sales experience, skills and/or training.
* High standard of professional conduct, personal presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Ideally you will come from an agricultural background.
* Experience in Labour Hire highly desired.
