Organised and energetic - we are looking for someone who is switched on and can multi-task!Main Purpose of this position:To ensure customer service responsibilities are performed to maximise profitability in a way that:Increase customer satisfaction to compound into return sales opportunitiesEnsure repeat business through quality of work, delivered in a timely manner with minimum wastage.Customers’ needs are satisfied both across the counter and over the phone in an efficient manner and at the same time promoting the Kwik Kopy image in the best possible way.Your Key Responsibilities & main tasks to achieve this purposeWorking with customers on the phone, by email and in the centreSales, quoting & invoicing; experience with PrintSmith or another quoting software would be advantageous, but not essentialPreparation of jobs for digital printing, preparing work ordersUsing computer software packages Microsoft Office & AdobePromote harmony, goodwill and a team spirit amongst the work environmentEnsure that jobs are transferred to the appropriate workflow systems promptly and a priority system established to schedule work with the Printer/Finisher on a daily basis.Raise invoices for jobs as completed. Ensure jobs are wrapped, packed and delivered within the scheduled time frame.Maintain excellent level of customer service by prompt attention, quality service and regular follow-up (to gauge level of satisfaction, other needs, etc.).Ensure customers are kept fully informed of any changes or problems with jobs.Assist with print production and finishingThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Genuine passion for customer service and going above & beyond customer expectationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and rapport building abilityHighly organised and ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentA motivated self-starter who is proactive and enjoys working with a dynamic teamExperience in the Print or Signage Industry will be highly regarded, but not essentialStrong organisational skillsExcellent technical and computer skillsWhat’s in it for you?No two days are the same in this role!
