What we're looking forSenior Administration Officer who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency and coordination of current administration team.*This role requires remote oversight of the office team from our Canning Vale offices, along side the Business Manager Key responsibilitiesManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, and credit card reconciliations, and prepare monthly reports.Sales invoicing dailyWeekly sales reporting for senior leadership team Compile and organise documentation for business transactions and provide accounts support to customers. Track and recover outstanding debts, issue invoices, statements, and correspondenceProvide office support and training to team members and other departments as requiredMonitor and update compliance-related documentation, ensuring accurate records are available for audits.Assist with data entry, record keeping and other adhoc tasksManaging office systems and oversight of external correspondence with customersManagement of all archiving and record keeping Payroll processing assistanceMonitor and respond to emails covering multiple inboxesImplement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and external partners.
