What Will You Do? We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT department. You will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.
The IT Infrastructure Engineer responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems, as well as a keen interest in Microsoft-based systems and Aruba, Palo Alto networking devices.
Ultimately, you will ensure our infrastructure and networks run smoothly.
Responsibilities Configure internal IT and AV systems Manage and upgrade the network infrastructure Provide level 2 and 3 support to internal users and level 1 when required Install and configure laptops, servers, AV devices, and firewalls Train new system users and resolve user account issues when needed Monitor the performance of devices including laptops, networks, servers, software, and hardware Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications Update technical documentation Expectations Minimum 5 years' experience within IT sector support roles Good knowledge of at least one scripting language Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks and firewall technology (2-3 years networking experience) Strong knowledge of system security procedures Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of problems and projects Good problem-solving and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills BSc in Computer Science or related experience CompTIA A+ and Network+ / CCNA Our Promise to You We are striving to become global leaders across all of the categories we operate in and as part of that we are a high-performing, highly collaborative team that works cross-functionally to accommodate our clients' needs.
