About The Role
The onsite team proactively supports the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. We are seeking qualified and experienced pastoral support workers, pastoral counsellors or chaplains who can respond to various onsite workplace support needs, including Walk and Talk, one on one pastoral counseling, and small group facilitation. The onsite workplace requires an individual who can provide support to people from diverse backgrounds and faiths, through pastoral counseling and guidance, with the aim of positively impacting their wellbeing.
