Precast Team Leader

Allcast Precast is a progressive precast concrete product manufacturer conveniently located in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast, close to the Big Pineapple. With 63 years in business, we pride ourselves on being among the premier plunge pool and concrete tank manufacturers in Australia.
We are growing and we need a Precast Production Team Leader to join our team.
The Role
Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? You might be an experienced concrete precast production team leader already, or you might have experience and are looking to take that next step in your career to become a Team Leader with our mentoring.
The person we are looking for has experience in Form Work, Steel Fixing, and Concreting. This role will involve supervision of a small team with a focus on leading by example, from setting out, steel fixing, and pouring to finishing all types of precast products. We specialise in the manufacture of tanks, precast panels, pools, and more. We will provide training in the operation of a gantry crane if required.

Forklift license
Job particulars:
38 Hours (+) per week employment
Factory hours, Monday to Friday 6:30 to 4:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am to 1:30 pm
Availability & Salary
Our role is available for an immediate start, and the salary will be individually assessed based on experience.
