Phillip Riley specialise in Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency recruitment. We commenced in 2010, have grown to 5 offices in the ANZ region and 3 in the USA. Phillip Riley have recently acquired the assets of a UK based Renewable Energy recruitment business that has been transacting across the UK, EU and US. We are now seeking to further develop our offering across the ANZ region and are seeking a highly enthusiastic, energetic and/or experienced Recruitment professional to come on that journey with us.
We recruit talent across the Renewable energy project life cycle (pre construction, construction and operations) and work with broad customers including project developers, owner/operators, OEMs, EPCs, Investment/Funds Management and even Government.
Positions available:
* Recruitment Consultant (1+ years)
* Senior Recruitment Consultant (3+ years)
This is a role for an outgoing, hungry individual seeking career progression into management. Phillip Riley offers tailored training targeted around advanced leadership and business strategy.
This role will require hosting or attending a range of industry and internally organised networking events, referral campaigns and headhunt approaches.

You will have a positive mindset, willingness to learn, can quickly shake off the hurdles that come in recruitment and want to immerse yourself in the sector you recruit within. Experience recruiting positions in Power/Energy, Construction, Transmission & Distribution or broader Engineering fields will be highly valued and give you an excellent grounding for success at Phillip Riley.
