Working in a small team you'll be focussed on delivering precise and elegant code for an B2B Uber-like Mobile App. If you’re sick of travelling to the office and you want to work 100% from home, this could be your next gig. This is a start-up, so you’ll have to be comfortable in a much smaller environment but maybe you’re sick of enterprise and corporate jobs and meetings about meetings, maybe working from home suits? Maybe you just want to get on with the job. Working in a small team you’ll be focussed on delivering precise and elegant code for an B2B Uber-like Mobile App. The design is done, we’ve thought long and hard about what we want, and now we need you to adhere to the design and deliver. You’ll pre-empt technical issues and raise them with the team, you’ll be thick skinned, open and honest. We don’t have time to be precious. The most important thing here is the solution. Here’s what you’ll do: Build and ship cross-platform apps using Flutter—iOS, Android, no sweat. Work with Xcode and make sure the app feels native where it counts. Manage data like a pro with MongoDB and Firebase—sync everything smoothly. Turn Figma files into slick, functional interfaces that just work. Collaborate, argue, and communicate like an adult—if you’ve got an opinion about best practices, we want to hear it (and fight about it). Test it, break it, fix it—repeat until it’s bulletproof. What you bring to the table: Thick skin—startups are messy, and we need someone who can take feedback without crying into their coffee. No ego—you’re here to build something awesome, not win “best idea” awards. Great communicator—you can explain technical stuff to non-tech people without rolling your eyes. Self-driven—you get things done without someone breathing down your neck. No micro-management, you’ll be expected to get on with the job. The Perks: 100% remote—work from your kitchen, your shed, or Bali, we don’t care. No micromanagement—just deliver. The chance to shape a product almost from the ground up. Be the first on-shore developer – a key role with natural progression Work with people who want to build something that matters This is for someone who’s done with the fluff and ready to build real tech that’ll change how the construction industry operates. If that’s you—hit us up. What’s next? We appreciate that your CV might not be up to date.
