Guest Relations Assistant Job ID 200494 Posted 28-Jan-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Part-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Customer Service, Sales Support Location(s) Sydney - New South Wales - Australia - Provide world-class customer service to CBRE employees, clients and visitors - Part time, 30 hours per week Monday- Thursday - Sydney l Land of the Gadigal People About the role: - Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and offering refreshments. - Manage visitor interactions and provide exceptional administrative support. - Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up, including catering and IT needs. - Maintain office operations, manage supplies, and ensure a clean and organized environment. - Assist in facilities management and liaise with building management on day-to-day matters. - Support financial tasks by coding and processing supplier invoices. About you: - 2 years of reception experience in a corporate setting. - Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently with high levels of confidentiality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
