Our client is on the lookout for a keen online content specialist to assist in the maintenance of their internal and external knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have experience with information gathering from multiple sources and following communications style guides.
Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain the internal and external knowledge base content and use the information system to respond to feedback on knowledge from customers
2. Create new documentation or edit existing documentation following the principles of plain English
3. Follow the information management life-cycle to review and retire content, ensure all articles are accurate, comprehensive and up to date.
4. Review and update internal and external communications, including email for quality assurance.
5. Deliver technical instruction manuals, digital communications, work procedures, online training material and other technical documentation at the appropriate level for the specific audience
This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity with likely further extensions.
Note: This is an on-site role with some work from home flexibility, candidates should be Adelaide based.
