Reporting to the IT Program Delivery Manager, the Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition for our business and employees during the implementation of D365 ERP.
This role develops and executes change management strategies, conducts impact assessments, and engages key stakeholders through effective communication and training programs.
The Change Manager works closely with our project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to align change management activities with overall project goals.
They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives, coaching project teams and leaders, and identifying and addressing resistance to change.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Developing and implementing change management strategies for D365 ERP projects Conducting change impact assessments and identifying key stakeholders Designing and delivering communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged Developing and executing training programs to ensure end-user readiness Identifying and managing resistance to change, developing strategies to address challenges Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives Providing coaching and support to project teams and leaders Maintaining comprehensive documentation of change management activities THE PERSON...

The successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience in a similar Change Management role, ideally within ERP implementations Strong ability to influence, engage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills A positive, professional, and energetic approach to managing change Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work as part of a dynamic team A strong customer-focused mindset, using an understanding of business needs to drive decisions OUR CULTURE...
