We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will take a pivotal role in delivering seamless transitions and ensuring the success of large-scale projects. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project workstreams, keeping them aligned with overarching program objectives. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks, maintain stakeholder engagement, and manage detailed reporting will be critical in delivering outstanding project outcomes. In your new role, you will: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts to ensure alignment with program goals. Manage project documentation and oversee compliance with contract requirements and standards. Maintain the project risk register and devise mitigation strategies in collaboration with the DTS Director. Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure clarity of project objectives and address concerns. Deliver comprehensive updates through regular reports, detailing progress, risks, and budgets. Drive continuous improvement by participating in lessons learned sessions and integrating feedback. ABOUT YOU You are an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale transitions and complex projects. Your ability to balance technical expertise with excellent communication and organisational skills makes you a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments. To be successful, you will: Have 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in large-scale transitions or contract management. Be proficient in using project management tools, including Gantt charts, to effectively manage workflows. Possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines. Communicate with clarity, delivering concise and informative reports to stakeholders and executives. Approach challenges with a proactive mindset, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
