Role:
Responsibilities include:
1. Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
2. Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
3. Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
4. Cobweb and mildew control, utilising extendable equipment as necessary.
5. Cleaning of concrete, bitumen, asphalt and paved surfaces.
6. Disposal of rubbish and litter control including removal of material from drains and gutters between and/or surrounding buildings.
7. Dusting including student and office furniture, equipment and fans.
8. Hosing.
9. Removal of graffiti.
10. Sweeping and vacuuming.
11. Vinyl/timber floor maintenance including buffing, stripping and polishing.
12. Other appropriate cleaning duties as directed by the Principal/Business Manager.
