Sydney Asset Management Contract or Temporary
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading provider of fund administration services in Australia. We are seeking a senior-level professional with a broad background across registry, fund administration, relationship management, and vendor oversight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the outsourced relationship with our Registry provider, as well as serving as the escalation point for clients.
This is a senior and key hire for our organization, and you will need to be able to operate independently, make decisions, and guide outcomes that benefit both our company and its clients.
The Registry service provider is responsible for delivering registry and member administration services across managed funds, investment platforms, self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF), and superannuation funds. They provide registry services to several clients under a subcontract arrangement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incident procedures, including recording incidents and monitoring them through to resolution
* Reviewing incident reports to ensure they contain necessary details on issue cause, remediation, and preventative measures
* Reviewing performance against service level agreements
* Reviewing monthly KPIs for clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and teams
* Staff management, client liaison, service management, vendor management, product management, and sales
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* 5-10 years of experience in registry or related fund administration, coupled with team management, relationship management, account management, and vendor oversight
* The ability to deal with individuals at all levels of seniority
* Prior experience working with an external service provider
